UPDATE: I found out this is a Guyatone LG60 - circa 1959. SOLD - This guitar went very fast - Jim C I have had this guitar for over 5 years and it looks and plays justĪs good (or better) now as when I first got it. The back in the lower bout area that looks to be a stable old repair. There are a few tight age cracks in the body, but they do not affect it's playability or structural integrity. Has plenty of checking in the finish, which is to be expected in a 50 year old instrument. ![]() ![]() Stays in tune nicely.Ĭomes with original chipboard case. Plays well with a nice full sound for a small-bodied guitar, which is what these guitars are famous for.Īll solid mahogany. Has a rare 4 digit serial number (8510) and metal Epiphone headstock badge, which dates it to 1960-1961.
